From installation to partnership: Rolling Tissue and BW Converting strengthen a growing collaboration

GREEN BAY, WI - June 25, 2026 -  Following the successful launch of Rolling Tissue’s state-of-the-art tissue facility in Miami, and the first Open House held in 2024, BW Converting and Rolling Tissue continue to develop a relationship that has steadily matured over time.

In April 2026, the two companies came together again for a new Open House event, providing an opportunity to showcase the complete converting and packaging line in full operation. The event underlined both the performance of the installed technologies and the solid foundation of trust, communication and shared objectives behind the project.

The complete solution in operation

At the core of this achievement is a fully integrated solution combining a PCMC Forte Series 6 converting line with a complete STAX packaging system, including Prima wrapper, Diversa bundler & case packer and end-of-line solutions. Designed as an end-to-end system, it enables Rolling Tissue to achieve high levels of efficiency, reliability and consistent product quality.

Since start-up, the system has demonstrated its value in daily production. Results are driven by a skilled team and reinforced by close, ongoing cooperation between the companies. User-friendly technologies and continuous support contribute to stable operations and strong confidence on the production floor.

A partnership that keeps growing

“After working together, I am very confident to say that our growth at Rolling Tissue has been built on more than just equipment, it’s been driven by very strong partnerships and trust,” said Francisco Silva Sr., General Manager at Rolling Tissue.

Today, Rolling Tissue positions itself as a reliable, high-performing manufacturer, with a growth path shaped by collaboration and long-term partnerships, including its relationship with BW Converting.

This progress reflects BW Converting’s approach to customer engagement. “For us, what really matters is building strong relationships with our customers. It’s not just about selling and delivering machines, it’s about helping them to choose the best solution, understanding their needs and being there for them long-term,” Nikola Nikitović, Sales Executive – Tissue Packaging at BW Converting commented.

“Bringing together PCMC and STAX brands expertise allows us to approach every project with a unified vision, ensuring that converting and packaging solutions evolve together to support our customers’ growth,” added Gino Santi, Hygiene Sales Director Americas and Australasia at BW Converting.

From initial installation to full-scale operation, the joint work between BW Converting and Rolling Tissue shows how strong relationships and integrated technologies translate into long-term value. Events such as the Open House further reinforce a shared vision focused on continuity and development.
