The key to the PCMC FORTE’s success is three winding rolls cleverly positioned and moving in relation to one another, generating soft, perfectly wound toilet rolls and kitchen towels at high speed, guaranteeing a total quality finished product. The PCMC FORTE handles every minute detail of the log growth process, winding it with great care, as if shaped by the hands of the operator. Its unique and innovative roll geometry consistently maintains perfect triangulation during natural log growth, ensuring stable log formation and a uniform winding profile. This guarantees consistent embossing from the first to the last sheet, resulting in unfaltering beauty throughout the finished roll.
The gluing section, external to the winding nest, designed based on process simplification and cleanliness, allows electronic control of the quantity of glue to distribute, preventing unglued areas and reducing the risk of wrinkle formation during the initial winding phase. No more sheets glued to the cardboard core. The paper comes off easily, with no residues or waste, for a product that can be used up to the very last sheet.
One of the latest developments on the electronic aspect of the PCMC FORTE has allowed the machine to attain log diameters of up to 240 mm, an uncommon feature for consumer rewinders.
