High-precision airflow unlocks new possibilities in fibre distribution, creating a more uniform core than conventional formation processes, while being more energy efficient. ACCURO-FL™ reduces drumformer fan energy consumption by up to 70%, depending on material and product shape.
High-density cores produced with ACCURO-FL™ provide a more balanced SAP distribution than conventional cores – they are softer, thinner and smoother.
