The W+D BB816 and the W+D BB816+ are the new additions to the 800 series and next-generation successors to the widely trusted BB700 workhorse of servo-driven, flexible mail inserter designed for direct mail, transactional mail, and specialized mailing applications.
The BB816+ introduces the new BB800 platform advancements in user-friendliness, rapid changeovers, improved mail product control, and automation in a 16,000 pieces/hr. model with the following industry-leading features:
A future-proof inserting investment due to the new 800 series platform modular scalability capabilities. The BB816+ can be configured to smaller floor spaces and expanded for changing market demands. It also offers interchangeability with the W+D BB820+ 20,000 pieces/hour model.
Widest size range: B4, (10 x 13") down to C6 or US#7 and custom smaller sizes.
Robust design allows inserting of express or cardboard envelopes (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.) as well as USPS TED-C envelopes.
Flexible handling of product thickness up to 15mm (6/10”) .
