PHOTOS/AUDIO/VIDEO - I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by BW Converting and its affiliates of any and all photography, audio recordings, and/or videography taken of me during this event for any purpose, without compensation or other consideration. I acknowledge BW Converting’s right to crop or treat any such picture, photo, video recording, audio, or digital image at its sole discretion. I hereby waive any rights to inspect or approve such pictures, photos, video recordings, audio, or digital images or the uses to which such materials may be applied. I agree that BW Converting may use my name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance for any purpose consistent with BW Converting’s commercial objectives. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, newsletters, posters, email-messages, exhibitions, videos, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, social media messages, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. These uses include both internal and external applications. I also acknowledge that BW Converting is under no obligation to use my name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance. All pictures, photos, video recordings, audio, or digital images are wholly owned by BW Converting. In addition, I understand that the taking of any and all photos, audio and/or video while on the production floor during this event is strictly prohibited.

PRIVACY - I acknowledge and accept that PCMC and its affiliates will retain my personal data in connection with this event for the purpose described in the above paragraphs. In addition, from time to time, I agree to receive promotional communications from BW Converting via email and calling by telephone. These may include newsletters, offers and other promotional messages related to BW Converting and its products, services, and events. I understand that any use of my personal data will be in accordance with, and subject to, the BW Converting privacy notice, found at www.bwconverting.com as may be amended from time to time.

SAFETY - As this event may take place in a fully operational production facility, I agree to follow all safety rules and protocols.

CONFIDENTIALITY – In consideration of BW Converting and its affiliates granting me permission to enter their facilities and recognizing that they may be fully operational production facilities, I may be exposed to confidential and/or proprietary information of during my visit. I agree not to use any such information or disclose it to others without the prior written consent of BW Converting.
